Fort Collins Time

Alyse loves visiting her Aunt Kathleen and Aunt Patricia. In October, we got to go twice, both times for a football game Papa had tickets to. Once was on a weekend during school and the second time was on the weekend at the start of fall break. Both times we stayed with Aunt Kathleen and Aunt Patricia, along with Nona and Papa, so it was a bit crowded, but Alyse loved every minute of it. :)

Here is Alyse with her new hat on. It was so sunny we felt she needed a hat to wear. It says, "Colorado State Lil' Ram." It matches her CSU dress that she got when she was a little baby. Back at 6 months, she swam in the dress, now it fits her perfectly.

Alyse loved watching all the people around us. She was fascinated. She also wanted to walk around, so it was good when she would just sit and watch people.  :)

Alyse and Nona hanging out at the game. It was around Alyse's nap time, so she got tired quickly. When she gets tired she loves to just snuggle, so she just went from person to person hanging out and relaxing.

When we went at the beginning of our fall break, we stayed a little later so we could take Alyse to the park before we left. Alyse had fun despite the cold.

Alyse loves to swing, so that was the first stop at the park. Then we went to the slide.

Alyse was a little timid at first, but then she went down the slide. She was so excited to be going down the slide.

Alyse saw some other kids on the turtle and dinosaur, so she wanted to go over there and sit on them. This is Alyse on the turtle. It was a little bit slippery so she held on pretty tight and Ben was standing by, just in case.

When Alyse finally got a good grip on the turtle, she was having fun. Alyse loved that we got to spend time at the park before we left. So much so that she was asleep the whole hour drive home.  :)
